I have no idea who Telezar is but that is how this Casey Love bust was described on eBay. I have several of Mr. Love's busts in my collection and as you can see in the “Busts” section of this site, he does very nice work.
The coloration on the eBay page for this bust was green with flesh tones (which looked very nice) but I decided to go with a more 'Avatar' color scheme. Anyway, I started this one piece bust with a base coat of medium blue from a rattle can. I then came back randomly with an acrylic powder blue mostly on the medium relief areas followed by an acrylic flat tan for the higher features, feathering the colors to avoid distinct borders of color. I kept the eyes the base coat blue color with ragged black irises to finish off the creature.
This bust is about nine inches tall and had a seam line that had to be addressed but overall, this is a nicely detailed piece of work. I think it would be a great beginner's project for a bust and be a fine addition to anyone's collection. I have a brief video below showing a rotational display of this nice bust. 4/22/20
